Bannerconnect Report Guide

This short tutorial will guide you through the Bannerconnect reporting system. The reports have endless possibilities and may seem difficult to use when looked upon for the first time, but following these next simple steps will help you getting the data you need fast an accurate:

Step 1. Login to your Bannerconnect account

Click on the highlighted (in red) part "client login" on the top left of the page. This will forward you to the next page where you can enter your login details.

Enter the username and password, which you should have received from you account manager, into the highlighted box above and press the "Submit" button. If you didn’t receive login details yet, please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to support@bannerconnect.net

Step 2. Navigate to the Report Section

Click on the "Sales" tab, to navigate to the report section. This will look like the screenshot below:

Step 3. Select the Date Range

Select the date range for which you’d like to pull the data by selecting a predefined period like for example "yesterday", "last 7 days" or "lifetime" from the drop down menu "Date range" as shown on the screenshot below.

In case the predefined periods do not match your requirements, you can choose the last option of the list named: "Custom..", which lets you choose the start and end date of your report. This will add an option to your window as shown below:

Now you set your own custom Start date, End date and even the hours of the day for both. After that you are ready for the next step.

Step 4. Selecting the interval

The interval menu gives you the ability to group your report by day, week, month and more. If, for example, you need a daily breakdown of your campaign's numbers you select Interval: "Day".

Step 5. Group by Country

You will notice that all of the "Filter by" boxes are checked by default and the "Group by" boxes are unselected by default. In this example we want to group by country, so go ahead and check the box as highlighted in the screenshot below:

If you want to run your report for all countries possible and see the data per country and one line of totals you can go to Step 6. If you want select the country(s) for which the report will show the data you must click on "Edit filter" right next to the box you just checked (highlighted above). This will popup a screen like this:

In this screen you can select one or more countries and press the green button with the arrow pointed to the right. In this example we want to see data for the United States only. When you are finished selecting the desired countries press the "Save" button. This will close the pop window and take you back to the report screen.

Step 6. Running the report

In this example we are finished with the report settings, so we can go ahead and click the "Run report" button. When the report is finished loading it will look similar to this:
